As the year comes to an end, I'd like to thank all of you, both parents and students, for making my teaching experience here at St. Mary's, a treasured chapter in my "book of life".  I am retiring, now, to the next chapter in my life....time for family, beaches, relaxation and new adventures. 

Thank you for sharing the gift of your children with me.  It was wonderful to grow and learn with them.  Memories of beach parties, hot chocolate, marathon challenges, stone soup, theater productions, gingerbread houses, derby races, kindness projects and everyday learning will warm my heart for a long time. 

God bless you all and have a wonderful summer!!! Take time for reading and adventures.  Build memories!  They are the sunshine on a cloudy day.
