IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 School Supply List for 2008-2009

The School Supply List for 2008-2009 will be sent home with report cards on the last day of school.  During the summer months it will be posted at Alco, Walmart, Target & Kmart.

Summer mailing

At this point in time there will be no June summer letter or calendar coming from the school.  You may not receive this until sometime in August.  Please calendar the dates of Registration & the Open House that you will find listed below. 

 Summer Office Hours

The school office will be open Monday through Friday from May 27th to June 13th from 8:30 -11 am and 1 to 3 pm.  If no one is in the office, please leave a message on the answering machine, and we will get back to you as soon as we are able to do so.

 The school office will be closed from June 16th until August 18th.  During that time if you are in need of assistance, please call the Parish Office at 365-3593.

 Registration

Registration will be taking place on Monday, August 25th in St. Mary’s Church Hall, from 4 to 6 pm.  Please watch parish bulletins for more information as that date draws closer, or if there would be any changes made. 

 Open House

The Open House at St. Mary’s School is currently scheduled for Thursday, August 28th from 4:30 to 6 pm.  We ask that you would attend and bring your children so they can bring their school supplies, meet their teachers, go into their classrooms, etc., during this time.

 School Begins

The school year for 2008-2009 does begin on Tuesday, September 2nd.
